Honestly, I typed this guide up in about 15 mins, and didnt really care about the icons and such, because all in all, it doesnt make a difference.
Personally, I like to get the 2nd cap becuase of the huge AP boost, but like you said, it is situational. If there is something better, than Ill get that. I always adapt my build.

sorry, but in the pros/cons i think you meant "fate", not "face".

Add coding into this guide using jhoijhoi's "How to make a guide" to make your guide stand out more when people read it.

Casual Kennen Build. I don't think two caps is good, I think the last item should be your wild card, situational. You could use alot better structure in the guide, including icons/links (look at the tutorial for details) but +1 for effort and a good base.
