Dr. Mundo - Mundo will do whatever he pleases!
Not only is it outdated as hell, it sucked in the first place.
Nice guide! Quick point though... Infected cleaver does magic damage. Therefore your Armour Pen runes aren't doing what you think they're doing. You should change them to Magic Pen runes to do extra cleaver damage.

Now that I re-read it, you probably meant that when engaging in melee,
Mh, haven't tested this, but Masochism boosts AD and both Infected Cleaver as well as Burning Agony deal magic damage.
So in theory, Masochism should only boost the damage of your autoattacks, which, in this build, are not at all the source of your damage...
Or does Masochism add 100 phys. damage to every attack and ability you have? If so, how does it add to Burning Agony? 100 DPS?
btw: Is it possible to link abilities in the comments?
Hmm, not really sure what you are trying to tell, but yea, masochism only boosts autoattacks. It gives a flat ammount of damage PLUS a percentage of your missing health.

I like it. In the optional item section I would add Quiksilver Sash. When the enemy team sees Mundo they pick 2-3 Ignites/Exauhst, (Mostly Ignites) Quiksilver sash offers the second highest MR in the game, says GTFO to WW's and Malahzar's ults, and is amazing on Mundo because the only way to beat him is by CC'ing him. +1
