personally i like renekton because he has self sustain with his Q. he also doesnt use mana so he can basically stay in lane for a longer time. he also has a more reliable escape mechanism compared to the E-->Q combo with jarvan. renekton also seems to do more dmg. however, both champs are really fun so consider getting them both.
