And then lee sin shyvana mundo and warwick hopped out of their jungle to steal yours. It's a gimmick. Nothing positive about taking her over any of the other jungles i mentioned. Youd probably never win trades in the jungle. And your late game would be absolutely useless.
My thoughts: there are better junglers who excel at that role. Dont substitute lulu in place of any aforementioned champions.

Lulu is much more suited for bottom lane because she can succeed without the farm. If you made her jungle she would drop off very soon after level 6, not to mention she'd need blue buff big time, and taking red buff from your AD carry as Lulu... It just has fail written all over it.

On a side note, AS Lulu can be ridiculous. This would be where red buff comes into play. You have to try everything completely off from what is expected at least once. Otherwise, what is there ever to discover?

saying blue buff relient heros are horrible in jungle isnt nescessarily true, Hecarum can be very blue relient but with the right set up (no regen runes what so ever) and a bit of practice it can be done after maybe lvl 4. Its not incredible with sustain but it can be done.
Now back to topic, i would say ap mid and support/ carry bot are much more suited to lulu, but hell theres always that one person who pulls off something unseen successfully (jungle taric etc)
