Also, too offensive start items. Most of champs can beat you on top in 1v1, Hecarim isnt good duelist on early levels. It will just make your sustainibility too low.
I also wouldn't carry so many offensive late game items. Atma's Impaler is just useless in this build, you don't have enough HP for making it profitable item. You also lack at magic resist.
