Xin Zhao is outdated, no one should ever build like this anymore. Two Phantom Dancers is a BAD idea, not kidding, I mean really...BAD. I use Atma's Impaler even for my carry build. Also, Xin Zhao(or any other carry) should never be built without life-steal, that's where you get your survivability and believe me, you need it. That's why instead of the highly over-rated Black Cleaver you should get the much more useful Bloodthirster. I would never use a build like yours on ANYONE(even a ranged carry).
