O honestly don't care if they gave me IP or RP. I'm just happy that they gave to uss in the first place. I just get into a game with my friends and the game suddenly crashes (we were 5 premade). It happened to all of us. Well lets just hope Riot doesn't do this again.

My friend already got his 10 ip boosts. Keep in mind that you had to have played 1 game in the last 30 days. I just got my IP boosts today.
