Of course, how strong he is top, will always come down to who you're laning against (I know. Duh.). In my experiences playing against him (not a lot, tbh), he can be really ******* annoying when you're playing certain melee champs top. Just the fact that he can get so tanky, and still do ridiculous damage early/mid, is frustrating with certain matchups.
Though, when I'm playing a ranged top (Kennen for example) I find it significantly easier, and less annoying. Never had a problem with him as Kennen. Lee Sin's good against him, too (he's good against a lotttt of heroes, but whatever). Can't toss you if you're any good. Ever. Slow+Safeguard=GG
