Depends on the matchup but I prefer AP/lvl blues and flat AP quints. Flat MR blues are good too though, especially against hard lanes that you might normally lose.
Well runes mostly depend on your tactics, but yes, I would advise you to switch from Flat MR to Flat AP Quints.

on lux you will want to use ap quints unless youa re up against kass/galio/lb/ahri and the likes.
for blues you should use ap/lvl in alot of matchups aswell.
