I have a few remarks :o
First of all at your skill explanation you really should try adding the "Float" command.
Or better yet , visit IceCreamy's guide on column help , it contains some great info that can make this guide shine !

Oh , and are you sure about rushing I.E on sivir ? i've found it better just rushing BT and the Building an I.E , she needs the bonus ad a lot more than the Crit damage increase if you ask me , however everyone has their own play styles so i wont comment on the items too much , just check out iceCreamy's guide and you're gonna have an epic guide that's nice to the eyes.

Unless I am missing something, your mastery guide won't work because it takes 4 slots in Deadliness to get up to lethality. Otherwise, a decent build. I would like to hear more details on what items you buy straight from the start, and why.

The only criticism I have is lack of a gameplay section. Add that and you have a good build with a decent guide to go along with it.
