hello everyone
i'm currently looking for a solo top champ
what i would like:
-medium to big damage
-sustain or some good escape mechanism
-few counters

so i already own akali,kat,ww,trynde,olaf,noc,mundo
i'm looking for something that can deal nice damage, but isn't focused in teamfights

i'm thinking about kennen, mordekaiser, they seem fun though i'm a little sceptical about morde's early game,it's just plain terrible
the conditions are just what i like about a champion, but if it misses one it doesn't really matter
for eg. akali-squishy but she has hugeeeeeee damage same as kat

thank you in advance, can't wait to hear your thoughts

Riven, IMO she is one of the best solo tops in game.
Thanks to Xiron and ProAsylum (Ignition) for the amazing signatures!
If I helped out with constructive criticsm, I would appreciate a +rep

I'd strongly recommend Lee Sin, he fits your description pretty well and he's a ton of fun. Obviously having a pool of champions at your disposal is good, because the best top always depends on who you're going against, but Lee Sin is a pretty good place to start. Take heal for greater sustain, Safeguard is a pretty good escape mechanism and his damage is great too. Give him a go.

Lee Sin is a fantastic pick for top lane. Also check out Gangplank. Ate an orange and he was K, super sustain, and can be built very tanky. And your thoughts on the early game of Mord are a bit mis placed, his early game isn't that bad. Can he trade with a Riven lvl 1? hell no, but his "sustainability" comes from his shield, which makes him poke-proof (unless you constantly face check bushes filled with a Garen and he silences your *** then spin-to-wins you). If you start with a Doran's Shield and don't spam your abilities, you won't be losing that much life at all, and once you get your Hextech Revolver go ahead and spam all day, the cost for casting the spell (and more) gets refunded with spellvamp. the revolver should come VERY quickly, since Mord is a farming king. Once you get your revolver, the lane is yours if you are smart. Other than that, you already have a fantastic pool of champs to counter-pick with, you seem to be doing just fine XD

Renekton and Riven are fantastic solo tops, at least from what you say you are looking for. They each have pretty good mobility, decent lane sustain (no mana, lifesteal etc.), though there are a few counters.

If you like nice early game damage, but running around and destroying people late game, Riven is the way to go. Riven also has more "CC" (Cause it's pretty tiny). Renekton will wreck people's faces early game, but falls off a bit later game.

They both snowball pretty well (like I said Renekton falls off a little bit later game), but they usually aren't too powerful unless they get some kills early.

If I helped you, click that +rep!

But Riven and Renekton get countered by nearly anyone with full armor runepage.
