Here you go. A bit melee carry like but he should be fine as a bruiser.
Energy based:
Passive: Steady fighter: Every time X gets hit his next attack will deal +2%/3%/4% of his bonus attack damage with his next basic attack . This can only happen twice every 10 sec. Healing him for the bonus damage.
Q: Straight Right
Passive: X gets double energy back every time he pops a Knock out mark with is straight right.
Active: X charges up deals 2 quick blows. The first one dealing 80%/90%/100%/110%/120% of his bonus Attack damage the second one 100%/110%/120%/130%/140% of his total attack damage. No cast time. Resets Auto Attack counter. Both hits proc on-hit effects.
W: Knock out
Passive: X gains 15%/20%/25%/30%/35% Attack speed
Active: You place a Knock out mark on the target. The mark can be consumed by Straight Right and Auto Attacks. Stunning the enemy for 0,25/0,5/0,75/1/1,5 and getting X energy back.
E: Shadow boxing:
Active: X Dashes to the enemy creating a clone of himself for 2 seconds. The clone receive 100%/75%/50/25%/0% bonus damage from all sources. He deals 60% of X bonus attack damage with his Auto Attacks.
R:Champions pride
X gains 12%/17%/22% movement speed, 15%/20%/25% bonus Attack damage (scaling of bonus AD) and his normal Attacks to put Rush on the enemy for 1sek.
Rush can be proced by all his spell causing the enemy to take 2%/4%/6% more damage from his next basic attack. Rush can't be stacked stacked and only be active on target.
Mana based:
Passive: Boxing Gloves
Every 8 seconds X next basic Attack deals 20 +(1*18)+15% Bonus AD. He put a fighters mark on the enemy.
Q: X Punch
X charges up his fist dealing x/x/x/x/x damage to all targets in font of him. If the enemy has a fighters mark on him the mark will trigger and he will be effected by a DoT.
W: Focus Fire
Active: X focus his strength dealing 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% more damage with all his skills and Auto Attacks. His Auto Attacks deal 20%/25%/30%/40/45% splash damage to all surrounding enemy’s .
E: Shadow boxing:
Active: X Dashes to the enemy creating a clone of himself for 2 seconds. The clone receive 100%/75%/50/25%/0% bonus damage from all sources. He deals 60% of X bonus attack damage with his Auto Attacks.
R: Into the RING
For 6/7/8 seconds X receives 25% less damage from AoEs and 20%/40%60% from the target he chose. He gains 12%/17%/22% movement speed.
While Into the Ring is active all his passive procs on every Auto Attack.
