Don't get Chalice on Yorick if you're not against AP. If you play him right, you can usually cycle through your combo about 4 - 5 times with Tear.

I would say that armor is definitely more of a priority against Renekton. The whole idea is to be hopefully even with him, or just slightly behind. You don't want to give him a huge advantage, as he snowballs ridiculously. Not as much as Riven, but still pretty annoying.

Top renekton counter in blind picks = renekton. Get exhaust and ignite and run flat Hp everything. GG!!!

You can counterpick. If you just pick Renekton, you counter anything.
