An ult that refreshes on kill... I've got a feeling that it will be extremely hard to balance (aswell as encouraging taking the kills from other champs that need them more).

I don't really mind this champion at all. He's going to seem OP at first because we don't have any experience against him. Either or, he was nerfed prerelease, so lets just see what happens first before we cry OP. Don't want to have what happened to renekton happen to this dweeb.

His ulti has very low base stats like 150 or so but it scale very hard with Ad so yeah the refreshing is a bit over the top. But did you see that! Phreak died in a Spotlight !
