Just like guides, Blogs need to have requirements

[/quote] I was talking about something entirely different :/ I'm thinking that we should have two separate parts for the blogs. One part is named "Featured Blogs" and the other "Generic Blogs". Also, there should be scout points. The same as in the guides, where after accumulating enough points you are featured/approved (can't remember which one). So when everyone posts their blog, it appears in the Generic part. People then view it etc. but once it gets enough scout points, it is transferred to the Featured part. These blogs will generally consist of such things as "majjamoras weekly news week" or Berzerk's "Top Facts" or my "Baron: In more ways then one". So not only blogs that have meaning, but blogs that provide some knowledge or help to the community. We could even end up having Featured Bloggers. Those are just some of my thoughts on how to improve the blogs, because at the moment they have become a wave of rubbish nonsense and all the intellectual and helpful posts are pushed down and forgotten about. This way, we can separate the two so the people who just want to use the blogs like "twitter" can do so and the others who actually want to help and give to the community are given space to do so.[/quote]

Ever since all the mobafire community has been emailed about the new blog feature, there has been an overflow of blogs. If it continues to increase at this exponential rate, blogs will become as important to manage as guides. Therefore we should have a system like guides to enable the more useful blogs to be seen, so the scout points.[/quote]

Besides, we can't just deny them posting because they didn't write an intelligent enough blog. If they're not featured, have what scrax suggested. After enough upvotes they are put on the featured part. Yet I do not believe it should be bloggers that are featured, instead it should be blogs. This is because I could write some massive strategy on something or other for one post, but just write hi on another. Even if you don't do this, something must be done. It's reaching the point of total saturation.[/quote]
