Yes, there should be something implemented that stops this. Take Hupit for example, they have a few second delay before you can post again. The reason why is because if you press the post button more then once, it posts it more then once. Obviously, the user pressed it 14 times...slow internet ftw

Just so everybody knows you should still report them just so mods/admins will see it faster. The report system is a lot more noticeable than checking the support forum. Just because you report them doesn't mean they'll be punished, we'll just delete the extra comments and won't warn them or anything. ;)
