I only dodged once, and it was because of something similar and I was too tired to risk another loss. But yeah, frequently the trolls are good players, I've seen this a lot of times. Other times, the trolls are just too intense (like this one time my enemy team had a veigar and a fizz, and veigar would always follow fizz, saying "I wanna make sure he plays safe" every 3 minutes. Dumbest first blood I scored <.<
