I know Matt has a way of "blocking" proxy sites. He has a bunch blocked already and if he finds people cheating with any more he blocks them too. It takes a while but he can figure out if someone is using proxies and ban them. >:) He can "see the code."

Comment to vote only makes people more afraid to comment because they can be anonymously downvoted by alternate accounts.
No Comment to vote is really the only way to truly remove these "troll counter-votes".
I don't understand that, I mean I understand they don't want to vote for not having to comment, but you only can downvote guides/builds as far as I know so how they can be downvoted by alternate accounts?
Anyway, I haven't ever downvoted a guide, just haven't seen one enough bad to downvote, and I was voting before I made my first guides.
I feel like the guide has to be totally wrong in order to get a downvote from me, if the build is meh I simply don't vote, if I like the build or if I use it frequently I always upvote, cost nothing and build makers get recognition for they effort and creativity.
And about my guides, I always set the comment to vote option, I don't mind being downvoted if it's with the good reasons. But that doesn't 100% stop trolls, the only downvote in my Riven guide was "-1 Noob 2 shoes they don't stack" like wtf, who the hell doesn't know about shoes? who the hell can belive that someone is making a build and stacking shoes? Obvious trollvote.
Anyway I don't mind that much about votes, of course feels nice when your build enter the top 10 builds for a champion (as happened with my Udyr guide :D) but I've just make them to share my builds with the people, so just having viewers is enough recognition to me (although I admit that I dream about seeing one of my builds used by a Pro, but I guess I make too weird ones for that :D)
He's saying the only way to stop revenge votes is to have votes be anonymous.
