I run Pantheon as an off-tank jungler on ocassion. It works very well, with great level 3 ganks (or level 2 depending on where you start).
Personal habitual activites? Utilizing gargantuan idioms to fabricate intelligence.

He's actually really good right now, and as a crude example (I know, it's not a good one), Diamondprox has a 74.5% win rate with him in ranked (from 55 games).

Out of all the people I had to verse, it HAD to be Shaco. IT JUST HAD TO BE. A GOOD ONE TOO.

Oh, and I don't play terrible junglers, just obscure ones. Ezreal and TF, for example, work.

Most obscure I saw was a jungle karthus. And he carried the game. Kinda weird, first gank I was thinking "dafuq is this guy doing, should I kill it with fire, enemy or foe??"

Jarvan fits the bill perfectly. He's the original off tank and an amazing early ganker.
Xin isn't bad either. He can go a lot of routes in the jungle (like a red buff start) and gank as soon as he hits level 2 with his Q and E.
Rest are cool, but Jarvan and Xin are strong at ganking early, whilst others have their other strengths.
