Yes but not really for jax. He likes flat stats for his ulti.

I'd run the hybrid pen reds on top lane Kennen.

Personally, I think the hybrid quints are "okay" on Kog and Ezreal.

EDIT: Did I say Ezreal? I meant Teemo.

The quints just aren't usually going to be better than AD quints for hybrid champions. The red's are okay :P

Hybrid Quints are also good for Kayle. Not for Jax though, not as hybrid as he used to be (shift in champion role and meta).
