You forgot Sona she is very great if u are high.... because no one will recognize if u fail with ur q w e just ur ult.... and well **** happens... :D she is a great faceroll champ, im playing her all the time when im drunk or high... and had fan adds after some games... :D

Zilean with Guardian Angel, Banshee's Veil, Maw, and as much hp as possible... Best champ to play as high

Teemo is a great character for baked plays, but I also recommend Wukong made as full tank, because you can play tricks on your enemies and he laughs hilariously.

One of the best Olafs I've played with was completely baked. He would gank from god knows where, chase like a madman but get the kills done (and often survive). Seriously, he half-carried our mid game, initiating when not even we would think it would be wise to do so, and we'd succeed.

Brolaf skin makes baked people happy.
