Okay nice! You should turn on the 'Must Comment To Vote' option because otherwise your guide will get troll downvoted a lot. I can tell you :P.

You should Reaaaaally remove the Abyssal Scepter though. Lux shouldn't be close enough to get enemies into 's aura range and getting too much penetration is like getting not enough. That's without even saying that % penetration and Flat penetration reduce the effectiveness of each other, making Void Staff and Abyssal Scepter two items that you shouldnt get together unless you really really have to.
