My journey to <10 tabs

That particular addon allowed me to unload tabs; making them load up only when I clicked on the tabs. It was very convenient, but as with many other convenient things I began to abuse it; constantly using it as a "read/watch later" function. 3 days ago I had approximately 1000 tabs open. Yes. [b]A THOUSAND[/b]. Then Firefox updated. I opened my Firefox and EVERYTHING loaded up. Among those tabs were almost 200 youtube videos and they all played simultaneously. So Firefox pretty much slowed to a crawl. I'm surprised that the videos worked all at the same time, but switching tabs took AGES. 30minutes later I had to resort to shutting down Firefox because it simply got stuck. But I figured that if I disconnected internet while the pages loaded they'd take much less resources. And it worked. This is my epic journey to less than 10 tabs. My goal is to close at least 50 tabs a day. I'll share some interesting stuff I find here. Day 1 - ~200 down, 800 to go.
