Looks like the rat-looking guy with 6 skins (including legacy) will be getting another skin.

Teemo really needs more skins! He is the most useful champion in the world and is definitely in need of more skins. ^_^

's because they basically have to make 4 skins for him.

i would even just accept a polar/arctic udyr skin, seriously. just make all the animal forms and spell effects white/blue.
