Don't find neither his items nor masteries viable for Taric.

Bit lacking on information, and I believe some of the information is incorrect. For example, you mention that Tarics ult is for team fights only, but I do not believe this to be true, it's on a low cooldown and shares the attack damage with your allies - thus making it a great tool for pushing, taking down towers, dragon & baron fights or even to steal the enemies blue buff faster.

One question though; why is there not a spot reserved exclusively for wards? O.o It's worth mentioning that purchasing that force of nature at the end can be a massive risk in that you;re sacrificing a good chunk of your vision / map awareness!

Mostly you are not able to build your full build. If you are, then you are probably winning and you don't need wards anymore because you are constantly in their base. That's why ;)
