I can get links on the internet that say otherwise. Just because something is written on the internet it doesn't mean it's true.



Please provide a proper argument as well as evidence to back it up explaining why eating white bread is not a good way to gain weight.

And what exactly is "healthy food"? It's very easy to say it, but it means absolutely nothing. Whole milk is healthy, but drink too much and you'll die. Oranges are healthy, eat too much and you'll die. So, how is your advice helpful?

Dude I'm not even going to waste my breath on you, because you clearly know nothing about nutrition nor training ...
There is no coincidence that most bodybuilders ain't eating white bread or white pasta..

And you clearly are a sad **** sitting in front of your computer all day, providing counter argumentation because in real life you got 0 sex appeal and never had a girl, U mad?

I never said I knew everything, but I do know some basic things about nutrition. White bread is cheap and efficient if what you want is gain weight. It lacks nutrients, that's why whole bread is healthier, but if you need to overeat like he does then overeating nutrients is useless and bad for you. Why would you want to go past the daily recommended doses? You know that's as bas as not reaching it right? Specially if he's underweight which means the recommended dose for him is actually lower than your average adult's.

The reason why I asked for an argument and evidence is so you would learn what white bread actually is and why people say it's not healthy. But all you've proven is that you don't really know anything about nutrition, and all you know is simply copying what body builders eat. Body-builders aren't an healthy example at all, and their diet is specially unhealthy for someone who's underweight. The excess in protein alone may even cause seizures and kidney failure.


Oh, now you're insulting me? How hilarious. The girlfriend insults are specially funny, you only hear them in the internet where, for some reason, having a girlfriend is considered some kind of achievement in life. Only someone really sad would someone think of it as an insult, I've honestly never heard someone say that in real life because it's just completely ridiculous.
EDIT: Btw, I'm trying really hard not to turn this back on you. It would be so easy.. but not as fun as the other option really.

Haha, high protein intake = kidney failure.. Dude that is not true at all.
At least get your facts straight before you start talking.. It's like saying that water is deadly, it is but you need to consume vast amounts of it for it to be deadly, a normal person won't consume that amount (unless you drink shakes all day and only consume meat)... And why even bring proteins in to the discussion??

And it's about the same amount of nutrients in whole bread compared to white bread.. It's the fast carbohydrates that is bad for you.. The only time I would ever eat white bread is instantly post workout, to refuel my glycogen.. But even that ain't a good idea.

I post pictures of myself when flexing where my friends can see them to, im not shy about my body.. Im not satisfied with it but I know that I look better than the majority of all guys out there, if you got a problem with that you can come at me bro..

First of all, if you're talking about unpopularity you can be sure you're not winning this contest. Secondly, I don't believe you, any normal person would not try to be an attention ***** to people he DOESN'T EVEN KNOW. Thirdly, I also really doubt you're more healthy than 99% of the people here, as your previous statements about being healthy were basically trying to kill an underweight guy. And lastly, you proved your first statement wrong by saying you post your pictures because you THINK you look better than other people. Hahahaha.. that's the saddest thing I've heard all day.

I know I look better then the majority, a skinny guy just can't compete with a muscular dude it's just fact..

I love my life/lifestyle and my aesthetically pleasing body.. I haven't always been muscular but I can tell you that I feel a lot better now than when I was skinny, same goes for all my friends who been starting to lift..

A bodybuilder's diet is not healthy for an underweight guy. The body has different needs. It's like trying to put diesel in a gasoline car.

A skinny guy can't compete with a muscular dude? In what? Weightlifting? Yeah, that's for sure. In having one night stands? It mostly depends on your charm but having bigger muscles would definitely help. Fighting? Not at all, technique makes a ****-load of difference. Meeting woman? I'm sorry, but muscles have nothing to do with it.

And being muscular has nothing to do with you feeling better. The reason you feel better is because you're exercising regularly. Whether it's weightlifting or just running/cycling every day the feeling will be the same.
