Sivir is squishy, I think we are all of aware of that. Dosent make her any worse at pushing though. Anyway yea there are a bunch of other good champs early but they use up a lot of mana which is why I suggested morde.
Sivir's Q costs like half her mana 1-6 and it isn't that great at that point anyways lol. Lategame yes, early game no.
Also Morde uses tons of health up pushing and is really facking weak level 1-4 so yeah.
