Just add all the reccomended chapters and you should pass the 5K limit.
If you put things like laning match ups and in depth situational thing such as items, team fights ect. you will hit 5k easily! If you are still short add in warding placement when to gank other lanes when to counter jungle fun stuff like that :)
you meet the requirements, which should be the first thing you see when you are editing your guide.
