You are master and you should be rewarded with a medal ( a real one )!

Have not voted yet but there are improvements to make :)

-For the tanky Ap it would be better to suggest Greater Seals of Vitality and it would also be better to change the boots and Guardian Angel to Abyssal due Tanky AP.

-Also it would be better to explain more in-depth into the runes chosen and to have an "Optional items section"

-Lastly, having a more attractive Titles like what Phil Colins said, the colours of the fonts blah blah blah

The reason i took first its because of the burst, gives great amount of AP, but the Burst gives more damage in , and basic attacks.

+1, nicely written.

Suggestions:

- Consider coloring the Pros / Cons section to make it feel more divided into Pros / Cons.

- Take first before . Your raw damage will exceed the proc from if you get first.

- Explain fizz's skills. Ex. " is a great move for health stackers", etc.

Otherwise, the guide looks good to me.
