It's ok. by the inverse law of ezreal. Only noobs use PFE so it's more of a handicap for them than anything.

Thank you Miss Maw, CasterMaster and Arcana3 for the sweet sigs. I'd definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a nice sig.

its just a glitch with ezreal in general, not pfe. his mystic shot is gaining range on level up

This. On one of the videos, it adds a caption that specifically states that Ezreal's mystic shots' range goes upward by level.
