I didn't really realize it, but you're right! This build even without the Frozen Mallet still makes Teemo a pretty bulky, though I still think I need it. Thank you for voting and commenting as well! :)

Actualy with wits end, Marderds, Malet and yelow and blue armor runes Teemo is quite tanky. 2600+ hp and nearly 150 in both armors + range imba dps based both on magic and physical dmg. I luv to play teemo coz ppl underestimate him. Good guide dude. +
