One thing he could do, would be to click the
edit profile button at the top right of the screen
and input some information on which region he's
playing and his IGN (In-Game Name). I think it helps ^^

Not really, looking at a profile to see if you want to play with them is like a needle in a hay stack. You can search all day long, and even discover it. Yet when caress that needle in a non-sexual kind fo way, you realize it's hay.
I'm basically saying no-one will play with you from your profile because they don't know you from you're profile.

Well you don't have to click his profile.
You can see which region he plays in, to the right
side. Which I think could help if he or someone else
asks if someone would like to play with him, as then
parties who might be interested can see if he's in their regions.
