how does reducing the armor help the AP kick in? wouldn't you need to reduce magic resist?

What is the difference between build 1 and 2? I mean, obviously they have slightly different items, but why should I build 2 over 1, or vice versa?

Thank you for your input. And also, I plan on making a tankier Jax build, but also how is that build anymore expensive than this one? It adds up. Still, the game has changed, and so has Jax. Expect a tankier build within the next 2 updates.

Worst jax build i've seen yet... super expensive build that has a ton of useless attack speed and 0 tankiness.
