I just began to realize how many times I'm going to have to say this...
It utterly confuses me how a champion can go untouched as far as nerfs and buffs, yet still manage to go from being considered OP to UP over time.

But people talk like the champion itself has been ruined. If you are even remotely competent, you will still be able to play champions despite counters (perfect examples: SpamHappy and TiensiNoAkuma). Popularity has nothing to do with viability.
