Its more of a theorycrafting thing, I play a lot of lee and vlad and I see the potential problems in the match. I've used the build a few times, need to play it more to come to a final conclusion though.
Would be nice if you'd do that because this is more than just theorycrafting. It took me months of testing before I finally put this build up; not just theorycrafting.
When people realize how much damage you do, they usually get too scared to cs and let it push to cs under tower which causes the lane to push most of the time.
Lee sin can max q if you stack armor and e if you stack mr, both scale off ad as well, and if you buy both glacial and visage, you put yourself far behind.
Lee's primary form of damage is physical. If he maxes out E instantly, he is going to lack sustain against you and the attack speed slow is virtually useless against you. Also, you should not be in that range anyway. Against Lee you simply use the standard "VS AD" core build and you will win the lane if you play it right.
As Vladimir I never push early. I don't know how you play Vlad but I just don't push. If I realise I am slightly pushing, I simply stop cs-ing for a couple of seconds; giving up one or two creeps to let the lane push in my favor.
My thought is that you are simply doing this in your mind instead of on the fields of justice. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I doubt that you used this build for a sufficient amount of games. If the build didn't work, several times, I'd like to see replays/videos so I can see why it didn't work and if it is the nature of the build or not.

I don't agree with heal ignite at all, since you take q first level 2 ganks are pretty much assured kills on you, if you skill w first the enemy laner can just walk up to you and kill you/shove you out, rest of the guide seems ok, although I feel Lee Sin counters vlad, and olaf vlad is closer to a skill lane.
And anyone who builds tabi wriggles/chainvest beats riven.
Did you try not to push? It really helps avoiding ganks. If you are vs a Lee jungle or sth you could play it safe and skill W first; no biggie. This build makes Lee Sin cry unless you let him hit all of his Q's but then you are just doing it wrong. Olaf gets kited like hell but people who can't dodge a single axe will lose as well. Vlad is a champion who requires a lot more skill to play than most initially think. He is easy to pick up but damn hard to master.
