Nocturne Guide
your nightmare is in bot lane
Learn to format @ http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/making-a-guide-101506, and space your sections out. Have a league of legends friend, or an irl friend look your guide over before you declare it finished.

3) no one needs to know you were looking at the store and didn't know who to buy and blablbalblabla that was boring and unecessary
4) add images for skills to keep it more organized.

6) like sexygoatz said, i don't think noct is viable in lane, because you don't want to push the lane in lane phase, but noct auto pushes it when last hitting with his passive. And he doesn't apply the same global pressure as when he is jungling.
