Yeah, premade is the only way to get rid of those idiots (they're always there). Though I believe that if you cannot carry idiots, you do not deserve to complain. That is while they are bad, you are bad as well, and it is your job to improve yourself so that you CAN carry them.
don't take this as harsh words :3 it is what I consider about myself. Take ranked for example (if you know what it is), I am at 1100 elo in ranked but I do not complain about it or try and cheat (yes there is a way to cheat up to those ranks). What is the point? No matter what elo your at, there will always be those who got their through luck or other methods and are not as good as everyone else. In fact, the higher the elo you go the less players it needs to be to lose. This is why I believe that if I cannot carry myself out of such elo, raising my elo higher through other methods will only make myself drop back down afterwards.
In short, if your losing the only person you can blame is yourself.
