Does any one else think the new 
Twitch is much weaker than it was thought to be pre-release. I don'y use PBE so IDK how new it is for you guys. But they pretty much got rid of his "Long Term Stealth". His max stealth is only around 10 seconds. Although he always does get the attack speed boost, his q has pretty much become a Wukong Warrior Trickster. He just seems to weak for my taste. That might be just me getting used to him though.

The average base AD for an AD carry is about 46.5. There are only a few ranged ADs with above 47 AD at level one. Expecting a high base AD on a ranged AD is a common misconception. AP carries actually tend to have much higher base AD values.

I just don't like the stealth remake on them
I'll make this my number 1 argument. Did you know that the original Ambush boosts Twitch's attack speed? This boost made Twitch OP because of its higher DPS output (Ambush + Micro/Attack + Expunge). Later on, RIOT decided to nerf the attack speed boost by replacing it into attack damage boost. So what's the catch? Here's what, the new Ambush is now giving back its attack speed boost.
2.) Buffed stats except Attack Damage - Nuff said
3.) The new Expunge has +0.25 bonus AD ratio damage - needless to say, higher damage output in the late game if you follow AD build
4.) Expunge now no longer removes Deadly Venom - unlimited Expunge anyone?
5.) Venom Cask adds 2 Venom Stack - Ambush + Attack 3 times + Venom Cask + Expunge = GG
6.) Spray and Pray is now unlimited within 7 seconds - that means you can resort to ASPD build to bring hell from afar
The only problem for Twitch right now is how to beef up in the early game. His Base Attack damage is 47, probably the lowest so far, (plus his passive - Deadly Venom damage is nerfed) which makes it more difficult for him to harass or even farm for now. Nevertheless, once beefed up, his effectiveness in mid game and late game will be totally undeniable.
