Alrighty. So this is probably one of your first builds. I have a few suggestions.
~Great Item Section(not a suggestion)
~Add the visuals of the masteries
~Make it more appealing, colours,images, etc.
~Keep up the good work.
It's a decent start, but not a good guide. Which is why I'm not voting.
im not sure how to add the visuals =\, or know how to use images -.- lol ik total noob build xD maybe help me out sometime man? =)

How do you figure its a troll build? it is expensive for sure theres no doubt about that but seriously? if you cant do work with this build or your friend i guess your just bad at skarner no offense. Yes this build isnt all that great 1, cuz this would be my 2nd one, 2, i dont do builds on here very often, so either get better at skarner, or just dont play him, this build is legit...unless your playing ******edly agressive early on, or just plain stupid playstyle.
