Well, i did not play too much ranked yet, so well, i can't say that i won't use it in ranked.
Of course, for soloqueue it is maybe not the best choice, because it will give a bad touch of trolling to your appearance, even when the concept of supporting with Jarvan IV is not that terrible. And this feeling of getting trolled has a bad influence to your teammates, so they will flame more, rage more and won't try their best to win the game ;)

But i would definitly use it in a premade-ranked or some premade games, because this kind of playing Jarvan IV is really awesome when you have some voicechat (e.g. teamspeak) to time your attacks/spells for maximized damage. ;)

Dunno why this is bad. Jarvan IV has some support potential. And plz say that you don't use this in ranked or stuff...

Dude,support Jarvan IV is not good at all.Considering he has some potential,he is way better solo top than support.I can guarantee that this doesn't work on ranked games.

You need to add some color and images to this guide. It is a little bit bland

EDIT: mostly because of the CD, after that the slow follows, and the bonus your allies will get are not that big if you have lvl1 or lvl5 on your standard.

Cant really see why you are maxing his Golden Aeigs first, because it only benefits you. A support jarvan should probably max his Demacian Standard first for the attack speed and armor that would benefit the AD Carry.
