Quetzalcoatl, The Flying Snake
Curse of The Ancient (Passive): Quetzalcoatl's basic attacks apply a stacking debuff to enemy champions. When this debuff reaches 4 stacks Quetzalcoatl's next ability purges the stacks dealing additional damage and causing an additional affect depending on the ability.
Purge (Q): Quetzalcoatl fires a cleansing wave of light in a frontal cone dealing damage. Friendlies hit receive additional CC reduction for a short duration. Enemies hit are slowed. If the enemy has acquired 4 stacks of Curse of The Ancient they are stunned for a brief duration and take additional damage.
Vengeful Star (W): Quetzalcoatl summons a meteor at target location. Enemies hit take damage. If targets are affected by 4 stacks of Curse of The Ancient they are knocked back.
Blade of The Sun (E): (Passive) Quetzalcoatl gains additional attack speed. (Active) For the next 5 seconds Quetzalcoatl's auto attacks cleave nearby enemies. These cleaves apply Curse of The Ancient. If the Blade of The Sun is activated on a target already having 4 stacks the cool down on Blade of The Sun resets. (Reset can not occur more than once per target)
Serpent's Fang (R): Quetzalcoatl takes the form of a Giant Serpent and flies in a straight line dealing damage to enemies in his path. This ability acts as a teleport. (5000 range) Upon reaching his destination Quetzalcoatl receives a brief defensive bonus. (Think if Ezreal/Lux ult and TF ult had a baby). Target location is marked for where Quetzalcoatl will "land"
