I play [[xerath]] with flat AP glyphs and quints and I usually start out with about 40 AP at level 1, with [[boots of speed]] and my health pots. One [[arcanopulse]] shreds most squishy mids health. My friend once went galio mid with I think it was 82 AP lv 1 and didn't relize until after the game he was verse a pro player(normle game) the dude was 2200+ elo ect and on a team just forgot the proXD. Anyway apperently lvl 1 he hit the guy with a skill and chunked him 1/3 his hp or so and the streamer went on and on and on all game about how much damage that did to him and I just died laughing when I heard this story. So clearly [[galio]] is op and needs to be nerfed![/quote]
