Could you be a bit more specific with your question? Are you looking for an AD carry (think Ashe, Corki, Tristana, Vayne, etc) that does a lot of damage with their abilities? Also, when you say "don't be like paper" do you mean that isn't squishy (ie REALLY easy to kill)? Part of this is that AD carries are SUPPOSED to be squishy. They deal a TON of damage, but they need to position properly to unload that damage.
One champ, if I understand your question correctly, that you may like, is
Urgot. He deals the majority of his damage through his skills, and he is much bulkier than most other ADs. However, that comes at a price. He isnt a pure late game carry, but instead transitions into more of a utility/tanky/damagedealer.

I from Poland and i don't know good english but i will try to specific.
I like play at bottom line with other ppl i don't like play solo top, i wanna character for mid and bootom line (Not must be same you can give 2 examples) I think about Ezreal at bottom i think he can stay at mid too but i worried about hes damage, i like to play like assasin that's why i thinking about akali or shaco too :/ I like to take More than half of hp at 3 skills :D i like Hecarim too but he hasn't good dmg at skills. Im my opinion ofcourse

Akali is a good choice if you want some high
burst damage. She can also go mid. I wouldn't take
Shaco, not at the moment. LeBlanc also does massive
damage through her abilities and although she doesn't
go bot, she's epic if fed. I don't think you should worry
about if champions are squishy or not. Just learn to play
them and you will have fun.

So really what it sounds like you are looking for is a burst assassin. That's definitely not urgot, so maybe disregard that. Don't play Shaco in lane. Akali is a good mid, and yes, she has huge burst, so not a bad option at all.
To be honest, there is no shortage of mid champions that can burst an opponent down almost from 100% to 0. (It is worth noting that most champs that go mid are AP, and most bot lanes are composed of an ad carry and a support). Some mid champs that you may wanna check out are: Annie, Fizz, LeBlanc, and if u REALLY wanna burst another AP opponent down, Veigar. Brand is another option. All of these options ARE squishy though, but in some cases like Fizz and Leblanc, their mobility allows them to dodge some damage.
As for AD's, most carries are centered around sustained right-clicking for damage, but there are some that are geared toward ability-based burst than others. The three I recommend are Corki, Graves, and Tristana, probably in that order.
If I were gonna play one burst type assassin mid, it would be Fizz. He's just so much fun, but he definitely has some bad matchups.

I really think about Fizz. All skills for attack and not bad ultimate. Veigar i play and i think Kassadin is better from him. When i buy character for 3150 i choose Kassadin not LeBlanc i think it was bad idea beacouse LeBlanc is better in my opinion. What you think about Ezreal or Riven? Fizz is my favourite now.
Eh, kassadin and leblanc are just very different champs. Both good, in different ways.
Anyway,Ezreal is a very solid mobile adc. He can also be played AP - I know I suck at AP Ez, but some people seem to have a lot of fun with it. He has very good poke.
