Looks like you fixed a few things up from what I'm reading. This guide deserves a lot better and it may be too late so I suggest archiving this and reposting it. You'll get nowhere with so many downvotes already so you might as well start fresh. If you can, consider spicing it up even more and if you need ideas you can always PM or check out my guide.

As you can see in the build teemo can't be countered only by stacking armor because it's full of on-hit effects, plus if their ap gets destroyed at mid it will be useless later on which is pretty good! I liked your oppinion though and i have laned at solo top but with a different build!

I is i realatively good guide for teemo. I like it, but I don't think teemo should play mid. If he does then your team will lack ap and will be weak against armor. Bot teemo is very strong. or, if you want to solo lane go top.
