you get brutalizer because you can upgrade it. if haunting guise had a viable upgrade, people would use it
But you see, there is no point in upgrading it, as a LW would benefit you better.
Haunting guise seems to be a waste when you could be using your money more efficiently.
I also think the best choice for boots is Magic Pen.
