@ pppurplepanda: I use merc treads because diana is vulnerable to CC, with these botos u reduce the amount of time u get CC'd. I prefer them anytime over magic pen boots, but thats just a personal choice.

Awesome job on this guide. Only thing I would say to other Diana players out there is that the Merc Treads are actually preferential. I get them unless I see that the other team is stacking magic resistance. The extra survivability is nice if you're solo laning, but if they are stacking magic resistance, then definitely pick up the Sorc Shoes in place of the Merc Treads.
