Champions you need to play if you want a higher ELO
Pantheon has little, if any, late game scaling and falls off super hard unless he is fed like a cow.
Leona requires a very high level of synergy between the AD and the support. Considering solo Q pits you with people you have never played with before, playing Leona can be a very bad thing. I think AListar is a way better option because his CCs are superior and he can make more clutch plays than Leona can.
Vayne is also iffy... She is a hyper carry, yes, but a lot of people fail at proper positioning in games. If you have the most fed carry in the game, but aren't good at positioning, then Vayne is only going to hurt you. This is why we see so many Ezreal, Corki, and Graves players. The first two can gap close out of trouble, and Graves can just take heat due to his tankyness.
Overall, this is ok, but some of the champions mentioned here will only get people in trouble.

To be honest, I'm very skeptical that two / three paragraphs about how to play each lane is going to start raising elo. Also League of Legends isn't restricted to only a handful of above-par champions that are "better" than other champions. Practice a really under-played champion like
Thanks for your comment. As I wrote in the guide: it is based on my experience. Of course Malphite is strong too. Thats why he gets banned most of the time. I tried to pick champs who arent banned all the time. With this said I could have mentioned Morgana, Shen, Diana and all the other perma bans. But normally you wont be able to get them in champ select.
Furthermore I think the chapter about laning are important. There are still so many players outside who refuse to buy wards and get killed by ganks all the time. There are still so many players who overextend all the time. And so many who dont know what to do in teamfights. Thats why I tried to put some mayor information together to help these players.
He is a Superb Champion to play
