People don't dodge because of Varus mid or Irelia bot. People dodge because of clairvoyance surge critchance runes Karma :D
Trolling onlygets you so far. And all it takes is one person on a team to wreck it for you. So it can get a little tiresome after a while. But I think this would help:
1) Respect the Pick order: While it is nice to call your spot, and it makes you feel good, if you are last pick then everyone else would have to be real nice to let you get that spot. If your spot gets taken, deal with it. Whining about not getting what you called makes you sound like a 10 year old, and you would be surprised how many people whine. I find that encouraging this guideline also helps people cope with not getting their first coice as well.
2) On the same lines, encourage trading if at all possible. This helps the earlier picks by allowing them to pick champions that are better suited to lane against a champion that they are expecting as opposed to the other way around.
3) It is OK to dodge. If you don't like what is going on with your team for whatever reason, leave. If someone wants to try some M5 or TSM shenanigans from the last MLG or whatever, say no, especially in ranked. Remindthe player that M5 and TSM are pro teams and they spend time practicing what they did. If you take what "they called" and say they will feed if they don't get it then tell him to grow up. Life isn't fair and you won't always get what you want. If they persist then dodge. Yes you take a penalty for not staying in teh game but it is better for everyone to try to get a better game without the offending troll. A troll is notworth a hit to your ELO.
