If you need something with CDR, AS, and extra lifesteal, let me point to Zeke's Herald. It actually benefits your teammates, scales with AD (the lifesteal), doesn't require you to attack 3 times, and probably would heal you more than the extra AP towards Battle Cry.
All you're missing out on is 10% more CDR, and 20% more AS. In return, you gain more health per hit, more health, and an aura to help your teammates.

This was linked to me after an ARAM with a RIOTER and I started considering the possibilities.
You get one of the highest AS items, CDR for when the Q CDR isn't enough and some AP for the lefe steal. This is obviously not a "rush this item" item but, other thoughts?
