[/quote] Not really. He has really expoitable weaknesses. So many champions are capable of countering him, or at least surviving the laning phase against him. Lack of escapes and reliable gap-closers is a big minus, and he's incredibly vulnerable to cc, kiting and slows in general. As soon as he is in an unfavourable fight, he is bloody screwed. That prevents him from being top tier. On topic, I'd like a pulsefire hat :)[/quote]
